Against the odds and thanks to the local community’s hard work and generous financial support, we were able to get Live West’s planning application rejected by Somerset Council’s planning committee. We breathed a sigh of relief, but not for long, as Live West have now appealed the decision.

We will fight on and put up a robust legal defence. Our legal team have advised that our case is strong, however, the legal costs are substantial so we are back on the fundraising trail again.
