As part of the Appeal process, members of the public are entitled to submit their own comments. We have until 12th May to do this, and we are urging People for Packsaddle (PfP) supporters to make the most of that entitlement. Along with our lawyer, we believe your words will once again make a difference.   

WE ARE ASKING YOU TO SUBMIT A PERSONAL STATEMENT TO THE PLANNING INSPECTOR PLEASE.

We have prepared the attached guidance notes, which will take you through the process step-by-step. Please take the time to read these and, if you can, I’d suggest you print a copy for easy reference. These instructions have been laid out very carefully and thoroughly: please, don’t avoid this task because you think it’ll be too complicated. If you follow the guidance, you’ll be fine.
