We met a couple of weeks ago with our new MP, Anna Sabine, Liberal Democrat.

Anna has an impressive knowledge of planning matters and we were encouraged by her interest in the People for Packsaddle campaign, her willingness to listen, and her apparent preparedness to put important questions to Officers and Councillors at Somerset Council. 

Following our meeting with Anna, we sent an email to summarise our position, which we’ve attached here for your interest, along with detailed information which she specifically requested.

We plan to stay in contact with Anna and we would encourage you all, if you see her, to politely impress upon her the importance of our magnificent fields to this community.
