John Kulasek, Interim Head of Property and Chris Hall, Executive Director for Community, Place and Economy at Somerset Council comment on the erection of fencing at Packsaddle Community Fields

The leader of Frome Town Council, Fiona Barrows, recently invited Councillor Mike Rigby, the Somerset Councillor with political responsibility for fencing off Packsaddle Community Fields (after 50 years of unchallenged public use) to attend the Council meeting in Frome on 25th March. Cllr Rigby was unable to attend, and instead the meeting was attended remotely by John Kulasek and Chris Hall, officers at Somerset Council.
