We recently noticed some significant changes to the Section 106 requirements relating to the planning application on Packsaddle Community Fields. The changes were of such a concerning nature that we instructed our solicitor to address the matter on our behalf.

Subsequently, he has written to Somerset Council to raise some very important questions in relation to this matter. See his letter attached to this update.

We’ve also attached a copy of some concerning emails between Somerset Council Officers and the applicant, Live West. (Note that a copy of these is also on the planning portal).

To date, Somerset Council has not responded to the issues we have raised with them on this matter.
